University of San Francisco permits their students to take Intermediate Algebra through Westcott Courses under noncredit with a proctored final exam.

Once you fill out the one page enrollment form, you can log into your account and start the class.  

Note: The enrollment link above puts your course under the University of San Francisco's dashboard, and permits them to view your progress and final grade in the course.  Make sure you use this link, and don't enroll from the main website or your course may not be accepted as the prerequisite for precalculus.

Students have a seven day refund period minus a $40 service fee. After the 7 days, there is no refund.
